We will give you a free food and exercise diary on your first session for you to fill out so your Personal Trainer can help you make the right choices. Your Personal Trainer will cut out the over complication of many other diets programs. We believe there’s no right or wrong foods, just the wrong quantities, so yes, you can still eat the food you love, and you will never have to deprive yourself. There are no expensive weight loss shakes, pills or other added costs further to your Personal Training sessions, aside from our optional online food and exercise diary.
As with your workouts, your Personal Trainers dietary advice will be based on you, your goals and your lifestyle. Your diet will complement your lifestyle; this is the key to long term success, especially if you’ve ever struggled with the unrealistic expectations of past diets. Our realistic, and commonsense focus on teaching you to make the right choices and making you accountable each Personal Training sessions will ensure you lose weight for life, not just six weeks.
Online food and exercise diary
If you really want to lose as much weight as possible we will set you up with your own online customizable food and exercise diary for only $9 a fortnight. Simply enter you details through your secure log on to our website and our program will automatically calculate your daily recommended consumption of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. It’s a lot easier to lose weight when you can keep track of every bite.
Nutritious Meal Plans
Create your own personalised meal plans based on your online nutritional assessment. You simply enter your basic requirements to see what you need to eat to lose weight.
